I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification

Federal law requires employers to verify that all new employees are eligible to work in the United States. Both employer and employee are required to fill in information to complete an I-9 form. This form must be completed no later than the time of hire. I-9 forms must be filled in by both employer and new employee to document employment eligibility
