Most holiday greeting products include standard ground shipping in the product cost. Any item that does not ship free will indicate such prior to the completion of checkout. Complete pricing information is shown before the checkout process.

Q: When are holiday greeting products available for purchase?
A: Any holiday greeting products shown on the website are available for purchase. However, the products will NOT begin shipping until September 13, 2010.

Q: How late can I order holiday greeting products for use this holiday season?
A: Last day to order Thanksgiving Greeting products for use in 2010 is November 2, 2010. Last day to order Holiday Greeting products for use in 2010 is December 4, 2010. Note: Please consider the time you need to add your personal message, address, stamp and mail your greetings to recipients when placing your order and/or selecting your shipping method.

Q: How long does it take to produce my holiday greeting products?
A: Standard orders require four business days for production. Customization details such as logo or signature will increase production time, pending order requests. Once your order completes production it is packaged and shipped to you per your order.

Q: If I add my company logo or a signature to my order does it take longer to produce?
A: Yes! The addition of a logo or other custom detail adds a minimum of one additional production day. Final production time for your order will depend on the scope of customization requested. Note: The addition of logo and other customization details to your order will require that you approve a proof of the item before it is produced.

Q: Where do I send my logo to be applied to my product selection?
A: Send all digital artwork to: artwork@egpchecks.com as a JPEG, GIF or EPS file type.

Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: Standard shipment is based on UPS Ground service. Cost for this shipping is included in the product cost unless stated otherwise in the checkout process and takes an average of five to seven business days.

Q: What if I need my order faster?
A: Standard ground shipping takes an average of five to seven business days. If you need your order delivered sooner you can choose from our expedited delivery options listed below at an additional cost to your order total.

Q: If I purchase multiple items can one be shipped UPS Overnight and the others UPS Ground?
A: Only one shipping method per order can be selected. If you need some products faster than others we ask that you place separate orders and select an expedited shipping method for the products you need urgently OR call us at 1.800.379.7969 for assistance.

Q: Can I ship my order to two different addresses?
A: No. As part of our standard order security policy, we only accept one shipping address per order. If you need products to be sent to different addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping address OR call us at 1.800.379.7969 for assistance.

Q: Do holiday greeting cards come with envelopes?
A: Yes! All holiday greeting cards include standard seal matching envelopes. For an additional cost, self-seal envelopes are available with most holiday greeting cards. Note: Information about self-seal envelopes can be found below the product information in the Related Item(s) section.

Q: What should I do if there is a problem with my order when it arrives?
A: We offer a 100% unconditional guarantee. If there is a problem with your order, call us at 1.800.379.7969 so we can make it right.

Q: How are shipping and handling costs calculated?
A: Our shipping fee is intended to compensate our company for the delivery of the products you purchase. Shipping cost, if any, is based on a product’s weight, delivery destination and type of shipping service used (ground, 2-day, overnight, etc.) Most items ship free and when shipping is charged, you pay what we pay – there is no markup added to the shipping cost.

Q: Will I be able to see my total cost, including shipping and tax, before I confirm my order at checkout?
A: Yes! Your total cost, including shipping and tax, will be displayed for your review before you submit your order. Note: Tax is currently applied only to orders shipped to a Texas address.
